Visa and Invitation

We will provide assistance in obtaining a visa to enter Japan. After confirming payment of the registration fee, please send your application to　westec_op6@jtb.com

We will prepare visa application documents such as Invitation, Letter of Reason for Invitation, Letter of Guarantee, Schedule of Stay, etc., which are necessary to obtain a VISA.
A charge for visa support will be added to the fee. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

Documents will be issued in Japanese. Plase apply for the visa by yourself at the Japanese Embassy or Consulate when you receive the documents.

Access from the sea

  • Takes about 70 minutes from Toi Port, Izu City on western coast of Izu Peninsula to Shimizu Port

* Surugawan Ferry is also the Prefectural Route 223.

* Voyage from Izu to Shizuoka City. Time and fuel expenses can be saved significantly.
