The registion fee includes regular participation of tutorial, oral, poster sessions, refreshments, reception on Sunday evening, excursion on Wednesday afternoon and banquet on Thursday night.
For application of student registration fee, student ID must show at the registration desk.
The registration fee for accompanying person includes reception on Sunday evening, excursion on Wednesday afternoon and banquet on Thursday night.
The registration fee does not include the proceeding publication cost.
Cancellation refund are available until 31 July, after deducting an administration fee of JPY 10,000.
No refund after 1st August 2025 will be made.
Registration will be opened on 1 June.
